AI implementation that changes how the work gets done.
Most companies already pay for AI. Few can point to what changed. We're AI deployment engineers: we audit how your team uses AI, find the step that holds the business back, train people on their own work, and build what's worth building, with an owner on everything we leave behind.
The technology is rarely the problem.
It speeds up work that wasn't holding anything back
People get faster at drafting, summarising and searching, and the business moves no quicker, because the step that limits it was somewhere else. The extra output piles up in front of that step.
It spreads without anyone owning it
Tools, prompts and automations multiply across teams with no owner, no off switch and no review date. When one breaks or a vendor changes it, nobody knows who should notice.
It runs on fear
When people think admitting AI use will cost them, they hide it. Leadership then plans around a picture of AI use that's wrong, and the best ideas never reach anyone who could scale them.
Our guide to AI deployment covers why rollouts stall between pilot and production, and what the ones that work do differently.
One loop, built on the Deployment Framework.
Every engagement follows the same framework our free courses teach: set an aim, put guardrails in place, find the bottleneck, improve the work before building anything, and own what runs.
- 01 · Consultation
Audit and plan
A 90 minutes session with both co-founders. We look at your operations, your bottlenecks and how your team uses AI today, then send a written plan built on the Deployment Framework.
About the consultation - 02 · Guardrails
Make the safe way the easy way
Approved tools, a data map, an output standard, spending limits and a usage policy people can apply in ten seconds. Plus the AI list: every tool and automation already in use, each with an owner.
AI governance - 03 · Find the bottleneck
Aim at the step that limits you
We trace the work back from the customer and name the one step that holds back what you're trying to do. That's where AI effort goes first, with a written prediction of what should change.
- 04 · Improve
Train people on their own work
Before anyone builds anything, we redesign the work at the bottleneck and train each person on their real tasks, not generic prompts. On-site, we interview every team member and build around their duties and tools.
2-day on-site training - 05 · Build
Build what's worth building
When a fix needs new money or engineering, it gets a one-page case and a two-stage proof. Then we build it: workflows, skills and plugins, internal GPTs and Claude projects, API integrations and automations.
- 06 · Own
Hand over something that lasts
Everything that's shared gets an owner, a backup, an off switch, a tested undo and a review date. Then the loop starts again on the next bottleneck, with us on a retainer or with your own people.
Start with the plan. Add the rest when it's earned.
Consultation
The audit and your written AI framework plan. The required first step for on-site work, and the fee comes off your first invoice if you book training or a build within 60 days.
Book a consultation2-day on-site training
Day one, one-on-one interviews with every team member. Day two, company-wide training and hands-on automation builds made for each department.
Plan an on-siteMonthly retainer
Ongoing support for teams deploying AI across several departments: deployment engineering, training and the next turn of the loop.

Five questions to ask anyone you hire, including us.
Will you start from where we are?
Ask whether they'll inventory the AI your team already uses before recommending anything. Most of it is good tools on the wrong accounts. Skipping that step means paying to rebuild what you have.
What will you measure, and when?
Ask for a written prediction before the work starts: which step, what number, by when. If a consultant can't say what should change, you won't be able to tell whether it did.
Who owns it after you leave?
Ask who'll own each tool and automation once the engagement ends, who backs them up, and how it gets switched off. If the answer is "you'll call us", you're buying a dependency.
Do you train people on their own work?
Generic prompt workshops produce awareness. Ask whether training is built from each team's real tasks and tools, and who builds the examples.
Will the advice outlast this year's tools?
The tools change every month. Ask how much of the plan depends on one product, and what happens to the work if that vendor changes its terms or its prices.
