Module 3 · Lesson 5 of 5 · 8 min

Your AI list

Everything in use, from all three sources, with a decision on each.

This is the first version of your AI list: everything the amnesty, the records and the vendor check found, with a decision on each item, and the plan for the amnesty that feeds it. It's the sixth starter guardrail, and the pilot kit counts it on day 0, day 45 and day 90.

Share the totals with the leadership team, never the names. Anything still missing is flagged below, with a link back to the lesson where you add it.

What's running
Build your AI list in lesson 4.
The AI list
Nothing on the list yet. Build it in lesson 4, Keep, replace or retire.

Owners, backups and review dates are added in module 7, for everything shared or high-stakes.

Is it complete?
  • Every approved tool. No approved tools from module 2 yet. Confirm once they're all on the list.
  • Every AI feature a vendor switched on. Software already in use hasn't been checked yet.
  • Every shared item. 0 shared items on the list.
  • Disclosure matches monitoring. Nothing marked as found in SSO or expense records yet.

What leaders see
Totals only. Monitoring counts tools, not people. If regulated data has been exposed, the custodian follows up through stop, tell, fix, learn, as containment and coaching.
Questions
  1. Which AI tools do you use for work? Include free ones, ones on personal accounts, and AI inside software we already use.
  2. What do you use them for?
  3. What kinds of information have gone into them?
  4. Have you made anything with AI that other people now rely on? A template, a prompt, an automation, a script.
  5. Have you noticed AI features switching on inside software you already use?
  6. Where does your work wait, pile up or get redone?
Anonymity wording
You don't need to give your name. Your answers go to the disclosure custodian, who holds them outside the management chain, and leaders only ever see totals. Nothing you disclose can be used in performance reviews or in decisions about who leaves. If you think something has exposed confidential or regulated data, tell the disclosure custodian: it will be contained and handled through stop, tell, fix, learn, as coaching, not discipline.

What happens next

The list tells you what's running. Module 4 asks where the work is stuck. You'll trace a piece of work back from the customer, build the friction list (starting with the friction your power users pointed at), and name the one bottleneck that holds your aim back, with a written prediction of what will change.

The list keeps growing as the loop runs. Anything new comes in through the front door in module 6, and module 7 gives everything shared or high-stakes an owner, a backup and a review date.

Deployment Labs runs this first loop with leadership teams as a guided pilot, using the same forms, and can hold disclosures for firms without compliance staff. If you'd like help, book a call and bring your AI list.
