The promises
  1. 1Telling us is safe. Nothing anyone discloses about how they use AI is used in performance reviews or in decisions about who leaves.Not agreed yet

What happens next

With the aim set, the next two modules get you ready for day 0. Module 2 puts the six guardrails in place, so the safe way is the easy way before anyone is asked to change how they work. Module 3 brings the AI already in use into the open, under the promises you just made, and starts your AI list.
